Potential H14/H16 upgrades comments

Attached below is a document from the IHCA proposing changes to both the Hobie 16 and Hobie 14 catermarans. The document reqests comments from members of various associations around the world. I suggest that if you have any comments, post them here to this messageboard, and I will collate them and send them back to the IHCA. --James
