I can understand Gavin's point - the problem is that it is the members of the association who pay for this website's upkeep and it is a benefit of membership to advertise the sale of your boat for free. Non-members looking for a boat do not incur the charge.
I am inclined to keep the fee to directly advertise on the site, but maybe open the door to non-members interested in selling boats by directing their queries via the webmaster or sectretary..... what do others think? |
