can i suggest that you scrap the 10 quid charge for non-members wishing to sell their boats (and indeed i presume non members wanting a boat)! why? because this charge will limit the amount of hobies for sale on your site by discouraging non-members to use trhe facility and very possibly restrict choice even further to the more expensive varieties.
surely the idea is to encourage new hobie owners, and as someone looking for a boat in the 1k - 1.5k bracket (when i can sell my wayfarer, anyone want a swap!!) i need all the choice i can get. my advice, if you want to encourage new sailors you need to get all the secondhand boats you can on your site. |
