I'm buying a used Hobie 16. Should I expect an individual measurement certificate for the particular boat I get? If not, what confirms that a boat is fully compliant with the International Hobie 16 class rules.
I date from the era before manufacturers' one designs, and also owned a National 12 yonks ago, so I am used to the idea of individual certification.
