Seen a nice hobie 14 turbo, does anyone how the ideal weight range for crew and helm.

The ideal weight is the same as for all Hobie - the nearer the mimimum weight the better.
The standard 14 (trapeze, no jib) has no min weight.
The 14 Turbo has a min weight of about 68Kg's
Good sailing.
