Hobie versus newer boats

When the wind is up - force 4-7, the sixteen, with or
without kite is unbeatable. A reach on these is just the
dogs ********.
Newer boats come into their own in the light winds
Force 1-3, where the sixteen isn't so exciting, especially
off the wind. Any boat is good however in one design
fleet racing, however, as you always know how you are
getting on.
In a real blast, i would always go for the sixteen, but find
them interminably boting in a Force 1-2 where other
boats can start flying hulls and wiring long before the
