fit the tramp.wrap a ratchet tie down strap or the main sheet using a strop around the side beams making sure the beam is padded to avoid damaging the non slip pull on the tension with the lacing and then crank on the strap or sheet then retension the lacing.be careful not tooo overdo it esp on older boats and non hobie mesh tramps as this can damage the beams/eyelets. do not tension the tramp in the same way for the rear lacing as this can damage the main beam and spoil the running of the main traveller car. ben
