For your crew weight put the shrouds on hole 3 or 4 from the bottom.When its light pull as much jib halyard tension as you can then as it gets windier ease the jib tension off inch by inch so you can go upwind in the lulls with the main block to block. If you feel underpowered pull and inch on and if your overpowered all the time ease it off an inch.Also pull the downhaul on and move the jib travellers out as it gets windier.
