i am looking for a hobie 16. dosen't matter what condition but it must be sailable. spinniker is preferable. can go up to about £2000. |

Might be optimistic on £2K with kite. Spinniker kits costs about £1k.
If you are a youth, spinniker kits are available at discounted prices.
Good luck, there are boats about but you might have to spend on new gear.
